11:00am – Kapu tī & arrivals
11:30am (Sharp) – AGM tīmata
12:30pm – Lunch (AGM paused for lunch)
1:30pm – Wrap up AGM (if required)
Matters to be covered at the AGM will include:
– Opening karakia
– Trustee elections (three (3) trustee seats)
– Report from the Chair
– Trustee and management reports
– Presentation of the Trust’s financial statements
– Huiarau Farms
– Ranginui Station
– Waipohotu Forest
– Taiao / environmental kaupapa
– General business and shareholder questions
– Closing karakia
Trustee elections, nominations, and voting:
Nominations for the three (3) trustee vacancies are now open and will close at 5:00pm on Friday 6 March.

Voting for the trustee elections will take place onsite at the AGM only. There will be no online or postal voting options.
We strongly encourage shareholders to attend and take part in the kōrero. Your whakaaro and participation — including being present to vote in the trustee elections — are valued and help guide the future direction of Pouakani Trust.
