The Trust Board has scheduled a full Grant review to occur within three months following the AGM, by mid-year 2026, through a full Board kanohi ki te kanohi wānanga. As a result no major decisions pertaining to the Trust Grants will be made prior to this or at AGM on the 20th March 2026.

This review will assess whether it may be appropriate to reintroduce some, all or restructured grant opportunities in 2026. The Board does not want to rush this process and is focused on ensuring any future grant settings are robust, fit for purpose, and, most importantly, designed with long-term sustainability in mind. At this stage, there is no commitment as to the type, scale, or funding levels of any future grants, although the Trust’s strong financial position is a positive factor.
